On the last ball of the 17th over during the last innings of the match, which was bowled by spinner Taijul Islam, Virat Kohli was declared out LBW by the umpire as the fullish-length delivery hit him on the pads.
The modern-day batting great instantly opted for a review as he was confident that he had hit the ball. The UltraEdge showed that there was a clear inside edge and the decision was overturned. After surviving, Kohli gave a death stare to the on-field umpire, who made a wrong decision.

Earlier on Day 3, bowlers provided a terrific start to India by getting breakthroughs at regular intervals. From Bangladesh’s top order only Zakir Hasan managed to register a good score (51).
Meanwhile, Litton Das also batted brilliantly to help Bangladesh extend the lead by adding good runs with Zakir Hasan, Nurul Hasan and then Taskin Ahmed. Litton scored 73 runs off 98 balls, including 7 fours, as Bangladesh got bundled out for 231 to post a target of 145 for India. Defending the target, Mehidy Hasan Miraz ran through India’s top order and reduced them to 37/4.
