India take on West Indies in the fourth T20I Florida on Saturday, August 6. They are leading the series 2-1 and looking to win the series as well. Both teams will reach Florida on Thursday, August 5 after the visa issue was sorted out by the intervention of the Guyanese President.
The second and the third T20I was played on back to back dates on August 2 and 3. Suryakumar Yadav evolved as an opener in both those games and took the opportunity with both hands, especially in the third T20I. Indian skipper Rohit Sharma was deemed fit to play after he was retired hurt in the third T20I.
“Yes, Rohit has recovered from his back spasms and is fit now. He and coach Rahul Dravid will join the team in Miami after they had to go to Guyana with a few other players for interviews for the US Visa,” a source in the BCCI told TOI.
