India go head to head against West Indies in the fifth and final T20I in Florida. India are leading the series 3-1 heading into the final game after winning the fourth T20I by 59 runs. Both teams reached Florida for the weekend games on August 4. The visas for the players were finally arranged after a friendly intervention by Guyanese President Irfan Ali.

Meanwhile, Indian skipper Rohit Sharma was deemed fit to play the final two T20Is after he retired hurt in the third T20I.
“Yes, Rohit has recovered from his back spasms and is fit now. He and coach Rahul Dravid will join the team in Miami after they had to go to Guyana with a few other players for interviews for the US Visa,” a source in the BCCI told TOI.
