Gujarat Titans are the only team that is yet to lose a game in IPL 2022 albeit they have played just two matches. Gujarat Titans registered their first victory in IPL against fellow debutants Lucknow Super Giants (LSG). All-rounder Rahul Tewatia smashed an unbeaten 40* to help the Gujarat Titans win by five wickets in a roller-coaster match.
Opener Shubman Gill scored 84 off 46 balls as GT beat Delhi Capitals by 14 runs in their second match. Mohammed Shami and Lockie Ferguson have complemented each other to form a lethal bowling attack for the Titans as the duo shares nine scalps between them in just two games of IPL 2022.

Gujarat Titans signed Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya, Afghanistan legspinner Rashid Khan and opener Shubman Gill in their initial draft signings. They bought a total of 20 players boasting of youngsters like Manohar, Tamil Nadu spinner Sai Kishore and Vidarbha pacer Darshan Nalkhande.
South African explosive batter David Miller and Australian wicketkeeper Matthew Wade are the prominent overseas pick of the squad. Afghanistan sensational wicketkeeper-batter Rahmanullah Gurbaz can also contribute with his batting prowess in the top-order. Leg-spinner Rashid Khan is Hardik’s deputy for this season.
