GT vs SRH: Watch - Abhishek Sharma's Entertaining Innings Put To An End By Joseph Alzarri

Gujarat Titans (GT) pacer Joseph Alzarri put an end to a dangerous partnership by dismissing Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) opener, Abhishek Sharma, during their game at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Wednesday.

After being put in to bat first, SRH lost Kane Williamson to Mohammed Shami early on. The Bengal pacer went on to dismiss Rahul Tripathi inside the powerplay, extending his tally of wickets in the powerplay this season to 8.

Aiden Markram then joined hands with Abhishek to rebuild the innings. Abhishek looked in fine touch during his knock, smashing 3 sixes and 6 fours en route to entering the top-five run-getters this season.

His knock was cut short, just when he was about to let loose, by Alzarri. The Windies pacer was brought into the attack and delivered on the very first ball. He bowled a slower delivery which foxed Abhishek and ended up castling the left-hander.
