Rashid Khan takes the 3rd spot on this list. Playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad in IPL 2020, the right-arm spinner scalped 20 wickets in 16 matches at an average of 17.20. The leg spinner had an economy of just 5.37 in the tournament. The Afghan player is part of Gujarat Titans in the 2022 season.
