IPL 2022: Watch - Arjun Tendulkar Castles MI Batsman With Blistering Yorker In Nets Ahead Of CSK Game

Arjun Tendulkar of the Mumbai Indians may not have made his IPL debut yet, but that hasn’t stopped him from throwing scorching yorkers.

In a video provided by the Mumbai Indians, Tendulkar, a left-arm fast bowler, was shown bowling a scorching yorker to a left-handed batter.

The highly ranked India youngster was bewildered by an unbelievable thunderbolt of a delivery that got through his defense and crashed into his stumps. Tendulkar can be seen in the video beating the player for pace as the delivery clipped the off stump.

While Arjun demonstrates his striking prowess, Mumbai Indians will be hoping for similar results from their first XI, who have yet to win a match in the Indian Premier League 2022. They’ve had the league’s worst start ever, losing six of their first six games.

Arjun, who has been a net bowler for MI for the past few years, was picked up in the IPL 2021 auction by the five-time champions. The left-hander did not play in the previous edition, but he was purchased for $30,000 in this year’s huge auction.

With no victories in six games, it would be a good idea for MI to bring in someone as raw as Arjun, who can be a surprise factor in their bowling attack. Apart from Jasprit Bumrah, no other MI bowler has made an impression this season.

The Rohit Sharma-led team will play CSK, who are fighting to stay in the league. CSK, on the other hand, hasn’t fared any better. They have only won one of their six games and are barely a rung above MI in the points chart.
