KKR finds itself in a must-win territory heading into this match against Gujarat Titans. They have lost three on the trot and have seven matches remaining. Ideally, they need to win all seven to give themselves the best chance of making it to the playoffs. KKR’s bowling attack has been their biggest problem so far in the tournament.

They have given away more than two hundred runs in two matches bowling first and have lost both of them. Pat Cummins and Varun Chakravarthy lack the confidence at the moment after going for too many runs in the last four games. Cummins has given away 190 runs in the four games that he has played so far. They need to sort out their bowling woes heading into this match.

Gujarat Titans beat CSK in their last game without regular skipper Hardik Pandya. Rashid Khan, the stand-in captain did a fabulous job with the bat as he scored a quickfire 40 and along with Favid Miller helped his side win the game to maintain pole position on the points table. Rashid will have his matchup against Andre Russell in this game as a few other former KKR players will face their old club as well.
