Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) take on Punjab Kings (PBKS) in their third game of the IPL 2022 campaign on April 1, Friday, at the Wankhede stadium in Mumbai. They will play a game against RCB before heading into this game. This will be Punjab’s second game after winning their first game over RCB.
The IPL 2022 will be a 10-team affair with two new teams added onto the scene (Lucknow Supergiant, Gujarat Titans). Group A has teams like MI, KKR, DC, RR, and LSG. Group B consists of CSK, RCB, SRH, PBKS, and GT.

74 matches will be played across four stadiums across the state of Maharashtra. Wankhede and DY Patil Stadium will host 20 matches each while the Brabourne stadium in Mumbai and MCA Stadium in Pune will play hosts to 15 games each.
