Lucknow Super Giants have won five matches and lost three in the IPL 2022 and are ranked fourth on the points table. Despite losing the first match, the KL Rahul-led side came strongly to win three games in a row.

KL Rahul and his men drubbed five-time IPL champions Mumbai Indians with back to back defeats, the skipper scored identical centuries of 103* on both instances.

Delhi youngster Ayush Badoni has been impressive in the middle order, the 22-year-old scored 134 runs in seven innings at an impressive strike rate of 139.58. All-rounders Marcus Stoinis and Jason Holder joined the squad after missing the first few games for LSG owing to national commitments.

Rahul is leading the team’s run list with 368 runs in eight innings while speedster Avesh Khan has picked the most wickets so far in the innings with 11 scalps at an average of 20.09 in seven matches.

South African wicketkeeper-batter Quinton de Kock has supported Rahul with some brisk half-centuries, he makes the best use of the fielding restrictions in the powerplay overs.
