Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) Full Squad After IPL Auction 2022

Lucknow Super Giants bought 18 players during IPL 2022 mega auction. Quinton de Kock, Manish Pandey, Deepak Hooda, Manish Pandey, Krunal Pandya, and Jason Holder were some of the popular players that Lucknow Super Giants bought in their squad.

Lucknow Super Giants had a salary purse of Rs. 59.80 crores during IPL auction 2022. In the end, they only had 10 lakh available in the purse. The franchise bought 3 draft players in their squad ahead of the auction. LSG bought KL Rahul for Rs. 17 crores, Marcus Stoinis for Rs. 9.2 crores and Ravi Bishnoi for Rs. 4 crores.

Lucknow will play their first edition in IPL 2022. The franchise is owned by RPSG group, which won the rights of the team with a bidding amount of more than Rs. 7000 crores. It was the highest bid received by BCCI during the bidding process. KL Rahul is going to lead the team in IPL 2022.

Ahead of the tournament, the team appointed former Zimbabwe cricketer Andy Flower as the head coach of the team. Former Indian player Vijay Dahiya has been picked as the assistant coach.
