RR vs KKR Dream11 Prediction

This is going to be a blockbuster clash of the season between two teams who have done exceedingly well so far. Both Lucknow Supergiants and Royal Challengers Bangalore have won four games and lost two each. The pattern of victories and defeats has been identical for both teams.

Lucknow Supergiants – who are sitting at the second spot in the IPL 2022 points table with four wins in six games – registered a thrilling 18-run victory over Mumbai Indians in their previous game. RCB also has four wins from six matches and is placed in the third position behind Lucknow.

Captain KL Rahul led his team from the front in the last match against MI and slammed his first century of the season and helped his team post a big total. KL Rahul would be looking to continue his momentum against his previous franchise. Royal Challengers Bangalore are also on a roll this season.

After succumbing to a defeat against CSK, Faf du Plessis and his spirited band of boys came back strongly in the next game and defeated Delhi Capitals. Dinesh Karthik and Josh Hazlewood did the job for the Royal Challengers in their previous game and would be aiming to produce another comprehensive performance against an in-form LSG. Dinesh Karthik’s strike rate this season is 209.57.

In the last game itself, despite losing early wickets, Glenn Maxwell and Dinesh Karthik took the team to a 189 total which was an exceptional effort. Bangalore looks perfectly equipped as their bowling is also solid after the arrival of Josh Hazlewood and Harshal Patel.

Manish Pandey had come in for Krishnappa Gowtham in the last game of Lucknow Supergiants against Mumbai Indians. Manish Pandey scored a decent 38 which should help him retain his place in the team. Harshal Patel, after missing the previous contest, made a comeback against Delhi Capitals as he replaced another pacer Akash Deep. His return should ensure that there are no changes to the playing XI of RCB.

Lucknow Supergiants started their journey in the IPL with a defeat but then went on to register three back-to-back wins in the tournament. They, however, were outclassed by Rajasthan Royals in their fifth game of the season, but again bounced back to thrash Mumbai Indians this weekend.

Meanwhile, Royal Challengers Bangalore also had a similar tale this season. They lost their opening fixture of the tournament, before registering a hat-trick of wins to solidify their position at the top of the table. RCB lost the match against CSK last week, however, before defeating Delhi Capitals by 16 runs.

Lucknow Supergiants’ skipper KL Rahul is currently the second leading run-scorer in this tournament, having scored 235 runs in six matches at an impressive average of 47. His best performance of the season came in the last game against Mumbai Indians when he carried his bat after scoring 103 not out.

RCB‘s Wanindu Hasaranga has picked up 11 wickets in 6 IPL 2022 games, maintaining an average of 18 and scalping at least one wicket in each game.

Lucknow Supergiants vs Royal Challengers Bangalore Weather Forecast And Pitch Report, IPL 2022, Match 31, LSG vs RCB

The weather on Tuesday, 19th April will be 27 degrees Celcius at night. Humidity will be 72% at night. Chances of precipitation are 6% and the weather will be hazy and partly cloudy at night.

The 31st match of IPL 2022 is going to be held at the Dr. DY Patil Sports Academy, Mumbai. One observed in the previous matches played here that the pitch at this venue is good for batting in early overs. The track has a good amount of pace and bounce which allows the batsmen to play good cricketing shorts but this ground also has big boundaries which can be a plus point for the bowlers. A score of 190 plus seems to be a par score.

The weather forecast for Mumbai is good for this cricket match between Lucknow Supergiants and Royal Challengers Bangalore. There are almost no chances of rain in the region and hopefully, the match will be held as scheduled without rain interruptions.
