MI vs DC: Watch - Rohit Sharma Asks Rishabh Pant Before Opting To Bowl First At Toss

Mumbai Indians (MI) captain Rohit Sharma shared a light moment with Delhi Capitals (DC) captain, Rishabh Pant, at the toss in their final league game of the IPL 2022 season on Saturday.

The two teams are playing at the Wankhede Stadium and the importance of the games is contrasting. While MI is knocked out and is playing for pride, DC is desperate for a win that will give them a top-four spot.

However, if DC ends up on the losing side, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) will go through with 16 points. The match will decide who will face off against the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in the Eliminator.

Ahead of the game, Rohit and Pant were seen being candid and having a light conversation. After winning the toss, Rohit proceeded to ask what Pant would have liked to do before choosing to bowl first.

Meanwhile, the start of the game was under threat due to unforeseen rains in Mumbai. However, the game went ahead and started on time, much to the relief of the DC fans.
