PBKS vs RR: Watch - Prasidh Krishna Castles Liam Livingstone With Excellent Yorker

Rajasthan Royals (RR) pacer Prasidh Krishna got the better of the dangerous Punjab Kings (PBKS) batter, Liam Livingstone, in the dying stages of the first innings of PBKS at the Wankhede Stadium on Saturday.

PBKS was buoyed by the half-century from Jonny Bairstow which helped them put up a good score in the powerplay. There were multiple cameos from the other batters but none of them materialized it into something significant.

The responsibility of adding the finishing touches was left to Livingstone and Jitender Sharma, who shared an excellent 50-run partnership in just 25 balls.

It was brought to an end by Krishna, who nailed the yorker on the base of the off-stump to cut short Livingstone’s 22-run knock. However, Jitender at the other played a blinder and helped PBKS put up 189/5 on the board eventually.

Earlier, Rajasthan made only one change in their lineup with Karun Nair being benched and Yashasvi Jaiswal making a return to the playing XI. As for PBKS, they stuck with the same team that defeated table-toppers, Gujarat Titans.
