Rajasthan Royals take on Royal Challengers Bangalore in Qualifier 2 of IPL 2022 in a bid to get to their second IPL final. The match will be played in Ahmedabad on May 27, the final on May 29.

They have never been in an IPL final after being the inaugural champions of the IPL back in 2008. Thus the match brings a great incentive for Sanju Samson and his men. The Royals will face Gujarat Titans in the final if they beat RCB.

Sanju Samson has drawn a lot of accolades due to his good captaincy throughout the season. However, all his good work was undone as he miscalculated the final overs against Gujarat Titans by not keeping an over for Trent Boult at the death.

That proved to be costly as David Miller took 16 off the final over from Prasidh Krishna to take the Titans to the IPL final in their debut season.

Samson and the management do not need to make wholesale changes to playing XI for this game. They can very well field the same XI and back them to get the job done. In this article, we take a look at Rajasthan Royals’ predicted playing XI for Qualifier 2 against RCB.

Jaiswal was dismissed early in the first qualifier against Gujarat Titans. The southpaw has been attractive since his comeback for the Royals and will look to add key runs with Jos Buttler at the top of the order.
