Former India opener Aakash Chopra has spoken out about Virat Kohli’s poor batsmanship in IPL 2022, claiming that the RCB captain is suffering a nightmare in front of millions of fans.
Kohli, who was shifted to an opener in the absence of Anuj Rawat, only scored 9 runs before being bowled by Prasidh Krishna.

Kohli had two golden ducks in his last two matches, first against LSG and the other against SRH. Seniors and commentators are worried about Kohli’s condition after his previous three dismissals. Kohli is regarded as a modern-era great.

Interestingly, Virat Kohli, the all-time leading run-scorer score in the IPL, has struggled with the batting for Royal Challengers Bangalore this season.

This season is shaping up to be the RCB star’s worse than it was in his debut in 2008. Virat Kohli has only scored 128 runs at an average of 16.50 in nine IPL 2022 games so far.

“Virat Kohli is going through a nightmare, but for some people, the nightmare is ended, and the difficult times are over.” This nightmare is playing out in front of the eyes of millions of people. Being Virat Kohli right now is difficult. Being Virat Kohli is difficult. PERIOD. “The amount of attention he receives,” Aakash Chopra explained.

“I had the impression that his bat was composed of edges today. There was no fiddle to be found. He was given some limitations. He’s giving everything a shot.”

“He’s slamming the ball into the ground. He’s going to take his time. However, it isn’t working out. Two ducks on the first pitch. In the first ten balls, he has been rejected six times, “Chopra continued.

Rajasthan Royals (RR) defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) by 29 runs to win their sixth match in the Indian Premier League 2022.
