RCB vs RR: Watch - Prasidh Krishna Sends Back Virat Kohli As RCB Star Departs Yet Again For A Low Score

Virat Kohli‘s poor run of form in IPL continued as he was dismissed for just 9 runs by Prasidh Krishna in the 2nd over of Royal Challengers Bangalore chase against Rajasthan Royals.
Virat Kohli was opening the batting for RCB as Anuj Rawat was dropped from the side and Kohli was promoted to the position where he has scored 5 centuries in the past.

The Move To Open The Batting Did Not Work Out
Faf du Plessis during the toss said that Kohli would open the innings as they want him to play freely. Kohli did come out to open and he also faced the first ball.
Trent Boult bowled a couple of great deliveries to start the innings as RR came with a brilliant plan. The plan seemed to have worked just right but the ball dropped just short of Daryl Mitchell.
Kohli then hit a beautiful boundary of the next ball and was lucky to get another boundary on the next delivery as the ball took the inside edge of his bat and went for a boundary.

In the next over, Prasidh Krishna constantly troubled Virat with both good length deliveries and short deliveries. He finally got out to a short ball as he tried to play a pull shot. But the ball took the bottom edge of his bat and popped up in the air. Riyan Parag was quick to react as he reached the ball and grabbed it.
Kohli had a wry smile while going towards the pavilion as if he was wondering how else he could get out. He has found numerous ways to get out in the tournament so far and the dismissal to Krishna was one such dismissal.
RCB has to chase 145 runs and they would have hoped to see Kohli get some runs but unfortunately for the side
he once again got out for a low score.
