Harbhajan Singh Names Rohit Sharma And MS Dhoni As Captains For An IPL All-Star Game

Former Indian off-spinner Harbhajan Singh while responding to Mumbai Indians (MI) named former Indian captain MS Dhoni and current Indian captain Rohit Sharma as two captains for the Indian Premier League (IPL) all-star game.

Mumbai Indians (MI) captain Rohit Sharma is the most successful captain in the history of the Indian Premier League as he has won the championship 5 times. Notably, Rohit has won 6 titles as a player which is the most by any player in the history of the marquee T20 league.

The second most successful captain in the history of the Indian Premier League (IPL) is Chennai Super Kings (CSK) skipper MS Dhoni, who has won 4 championships. Also, the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) have failed to qualify for the playoffs only once in the history of the tournament.

Mumbai Indians posted a question on their official Twitter handle, asking fans to name their teams and captains for an IPL all-star game. To which Harbhajan responded by naming Dhoni and Rohit.

“If IPL had an All-Star game, what would be the two teams & who would be the two captains?” asked Mumbai Indians on Twitter.

Harbhajan responded with, “MSD and ROHIT captains”.

Meanwhile, both Mumbai Indians (MI) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) have done a very good job at the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 mega auction in Bengaluru.

The most expensive player at the Indian Premier League 2022 mega auction was bought by MI as they bought wicketkeeper-batsman Ishan Kishan for INR 15.25 crore and the second most expensive player was bowling all-rounder Deepak Chahar, who was bought by Chennai Super Kings for INR 14 crore.
