IPL 2018: Rashid Khan Responds to Sachin Tendulkar's Encouraging Message

Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) leg-spinner Rashid Khan has responded to Sachin Tendulkar’s latest tweet filled with praise. Rashid said that Sachin’s words give him a great encouragement. The Master Blaster was in awe of Afghanistan spinner after his blistering all-round performance in the second qualifier against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).

Sachin went to on to claim that Rashid is the best spinner in the shortest format of the game.

Subsequently, Rashid has now replied to the praise of the legendary Indian batsman. Afghan leg-spinner went on to give his admiration to the former Indian great.

It must have a meant a lot to Rashid when one of the best batsmen in the world Tendulkar went on to heap praises on him.

There is no doubt that Rashid is the best spinner in the 20-over form. The 19-year old sensation Rashid has scalped 21 wickets in the 16 matches he has played in this ongoing season.

Not only Rashid has taken these wickets but also he has not let the batsmen off the hook.

Consequently, Afghan star has conceded runs at an economy of 6.78 which is the best for any bowler who has played more than seven matches.

In addition, Rashid has continued to breathe down the batsmen neck. Thus, Sunrisers linchpin is successful in bamboozling the best players in the best Twenty20 league in the world.

Rashid came up with an all-around performance to help Sunrisers book their final berth against Chennai Super Kings (CSK).

The leggie scored a quickfire 34 off just 10 balls, scalped three wickets in his quota of four overs. Furthermore, Rashid also affected one run out and caught two catches to have a brilliant match.
