DC vs CSK Head to Head Records, Delhi Capitals’ H2H Record Against Chennai Super Kings – IPL 2021 Qualifier 1. Delhi Capitals are set to battle against Chennai Super Kings in the Qualifier 1 match of IPL 2021. The encounter will take place at Dubai International Cricket Stadium on October 10. The team which wins the game will get a ticket to IPL 2021 final. Both the teams lost their final game of the group stage.

DC lost to Royal Challengers Bangalore in their final match of IPL 2021. However, the loss did not affect Delhi Capitals‘ position in the points table, as they ended on the top spot. Against RCB, DC batted first and ut up 164-5 on the scoreboard. Openers Prithvi Shaw and Shikhar Dhawan slammed 48 and 43 respectively. Later, Shimron Hetmyer also hit 29 runs.

For RCB, their openers Virat Kohli (4) and Devdutt Padikkal (0) got out cheaply. Later, one-down Srikar Bharat smashed unbeaten 78 runs. Glenn Maxwell also hit a half-century (51*). On the final ball of the match bowled by Avesh Khan, RCB needed 5 runs to win. To everyone’s surprise, Srikar Bharat shattered a six to win the match for RCB by 7 wickets.

Chennai Super Kings lost their final game of group stage to Punjab Kings. Opener Faf du Plessis scored 76 runs off 55 balls. Most of the batsmen failed to hit big. In the end, CSK could only manage 134-6 on the scoreboard. For Punjab Kings, Arshdeep Singh and Chris Jordan picked 2 wickets each.

During the chase, Punjab Kings skipper KL Rahul smacked a spectacular knock of 98 runs to win the match for the team. Batting as an opener, KL Rahul smacked 7 fours and 8 sixes during his innings. With his exceptional batting, he reached the target in just 13 overs and won by 6 wickets. CSK’s Shardul Thakur grabbed 3 wickets.
