IPL 2021: Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) Schedule, Updated Time And Venue

Kolkata Knight Riders will begin their stint in IPL 2021 UAE leg with the clash against Royal Challengers Bangalore. The encounter will take place in Abu Dhabi on September 20, 2021. KKR are going to play 7 matches during the second leg of IPL 2021.

After the first leg, KKR are placed on the 7th spot in the points table. The IPL 2012 and 2014 season champions KKR won only 2 games out of the 7 they played during the 1st leg of IPL 2021. They only have 4 points in their pockets, 2 more than the 8th ranked Sunrisers Hyderabad.

The Eoin Morgan-led side started off their journey in IPL 2021 with a victory against Sunrisers Hyderabad in the opening game. Their only other victory was against Punjab Kings. KKR encountered defeats against Mumbai Indians, Royal Challengers Bangalore,  Chennai Super Kings, Rajasthan Royals, and Delhi Capitals.

For Kolkata Knight Riders, Nitish Rana was their highest run-getter in the 1st leg. The left-handed batsman mustered 201 runs in 7 innings at an average of 28.71. In bowling, Pat Cummins finished with the most wickets 9. Cummins will not be part of the UAE leg so KKR will need to find a good replacement for the Aussie pacer.
