IPL 2021: Punjab Kings (PBKS) Schedule, Updated Time And Venue
Updated - 01 Sep 2021, 12:40 AM
Punjab Kings are still searching for their maiden IPL title and it seems like they will find it hard to make the IPL 2021 playoffs with just six games to go. They have to win five out of their six games in the UAE phase to stand a chance for the title and they will have to definitely improve their net run rate as well. They are standing at 6th position in the points table with 6 points from 8 games so far.
Punjab Kings’s overseas contingent couldn’t make many contributions in the first phase of IPL 2021 but it will be totally different conditions in UAE. The likes of Mohammad Shami will be more effective on these pitches rather than in India and they will be hoping to stage a major turnaround. The skipper Kl Rahul has been the main trump card for Punjab Kings so far with his match-winning ability and consistency.
