IPL 2021 Updated Points Table, Orange Cap, Purple Cap, Schedule, Squads, And Live Streaming Details. IPL 2021 witnessed 2 encounters on Saturday (October 2). In the first game, Delhi Capitals defeated Mumbai Indians by 4 wickets. In the 2nd game, Rajasthan Royals defeated Chennai Super Kings by 7 wickets.

In the MI vs DC encounter of IPL 2021, MI batted first and put up a low total of 129-8 on the scoreboard. Openers Rohit Sharma and Quinton de Kock hit 7 and 19 respectively. Later, Suryakumar Yadav scored 33 runs. However, all the batsmen got out for low scores, and MI could reach only a low total in the end.

DC’s Avesh Khan and Axar Patel picked 3 wickets each. For DC, their top three batsmen could not do much getting out for single digits. Later, Rishabh Pant scored 26 runs. Shreyas Iyer kept his wicket and scored unbeaten 33 runs to get the winning runs for the team. In the end, Delhi Capitals won by 4 wickets.

In the CSK vs RR clash of IPL 2021, CSK posted a mammoth total of 189-4 on the scoreboard. Opener Ruturaj Gaikwad smacked an unbeaten century (101*). Ravindra Jadeja also played a quickfire of 32 off 15 in the end.

However, the target for not enough to restrict Rajasthan Royals. With half-centuries by both Yashasvi Jaiswal (50) and Shivam Dube (64), RR executed a magnificent batting show. They reached the 190-run target in just 17.3 overs with 7 wickets in hand.

Talking about IPL 2021 points table, Chennai Super Kings and Delhi Capitals hold the top 2 spots and have qualified for playoffs with 18 points each. RCB have 14 points and take the 3rd spot. KKR, PKS, RR, and MI have 10 points each from 12 games, and they are competing to get a place in the playoffs.

With a century in the last game, CSK’s Ruturaj Gaikwad has earned the orange cap. With 508 runs in 12 matches, including 1 century and 3 half-centuries, he is the highest run-getter in IPL 2021. PBKS skipper KL Rahul takes the 2nd spot with 489 runs in 11 matches.
