KKR vs SRH: Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) Predicted Playing XI Against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR)- IPL 2021 Match 49. Sunrisers Hyderabad will be playing their 12th match of IPL 2021 on Sunday at Dubai International Cricket Stadium. Currently sitting at the bottom of the points table, SRH have won a solitary game in the second leg of IPL2021.

On Sunday, they will be playing their fifth match in UAE this season against Kolkata Knight Riders. The last time when SRH squared up against KKR, the latter won the game by 10 runs. SRH would look to take revenge for that defeat. Chances, though, aren’t too high.

Ahead of an important clash on Sunday, we have compiled our predicted playing XI of Sunrisers Hyderabad against KKR.

Openers: Jason Roy and W Saha

Jason Roy scored 60 off 42 balls in his first game of IPL 2021 against Rajasthan Royals. He missed out with the bat in the last game against CSK. The Englishman got out early after adding just 2 runs off 7 balls.

With the team not doing too well with the bat, Roy needs to give them a strong start. His partner, Wriddhima Saha has been amongst the runs and the team would want him to continue playing vital knocks with the bat. He scored 44 runs off 46 balls in the last game against CSK.

Middle-order: Kane Williamson, Priyam Garg, Abhishek Sharma and Abdul Samad

Abhishek Sharma

Kane Williamson should lead the side in the remaining three matches of the tournament. He was brilliant against Rajasthan Royals the other day. The skipper scored a half-century to guide his team to a win. The last game, unfortunately, saw him getting out early on 11 off 11 balls.

Priyam Garg has now two low scores in two matches. However, with the team focused on giving more opportunities to the youngsters, he should retain his place in the playing eleven.

Abhishek Sharma has shown some spark in the last couple of games that he has played. He has played attractive shots during those cameos. He will be a player to watch out for Sunday. Abdul Samad is likely to come out at number six. He scored 18 runs off 14 balls before once again failing to convert the cameo into a big score.

All-rounders: Jason Holder

Jason Holder has bowled beautifully in the last couple of matches. He took three wickets for 27 runs in the last game against CSK. With Bhuvneshwar Kumar not in the best of form and Natarajan not playing, his four overs are once again going to be crucial at the Dubai track.

Bowlers: Rashid Khan, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Sandeep Sharma and Siddarth Kaul

Rashid Khan will continue to lead the spin attack. He has rarely missed a game for the franchise in the last few years. He took 1 for 27 in the last game against CSK. Bhuvneshwar Kumar hasn’t looked at his best this season.

His returns have been pretty ordinary and this is not a good sign for team India, given the fact that T20 World Cup is just around the corner.

The Indian fast bowling duo of Sandeep Sharma and Siddarth Kaul should complete the SRH’s playing XI. Both of them made forgettable returns in the last game and the team would expect them to perform better on Sunday.
