Like Prithvi Shaw, Mitchell Marsh has also won the U-19 World Cup as a skipper but has never captained any IPL side before. But on the back of his experience of playing at the highest level for so many years, he can be in the line to become Delhi Capitals skipper.
Mitchell Marsh made his international debut at the early age of 17. In 2010, he was appointed as the leader of the U-19 Australia side. The Aussie all-rounder had successfully led his side to the World Cup triumph in 2010. Mitchell Marsh’s terrific leadership skills will certainly help the Delhi-based franchise in winning its maiden IPL title this time.
