India’s young fast bowler Shivam Mavi has praised the captaincy abilities of all-rounder Hardik Pandya. Mavi said that Pandya is a great leader and has the ability to motivate the Young players.
He added that Pandya’s presence in the dressing room is always a positive influence and that he is always willing to help the younger players.

Gujarat Titans (GT) will start their IPL 2023 campaign against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) on March 31, which also happens to be the tournament opener. They will be playing the match at their home arena, Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
Heaping praise on his franchise and India T20I captain Hardik Pandya, Shivam Mavi said, “Hardik bhai never pressurizes young players; he only backs them. There is a very light environment in the Gujarat camp and whenever a youngster comes in, he experiences a free set. When the atmosphere is good then players are naturally able to perform,” Mavi added.

“We have also improved our bench strength” – Shivam Mavi
The defending Indian Premier League (IPL) champions have bolstered their bench strength in preparation for the league’s 2023 season, which will begin on March 31. This was stated by India and Gujarat Titans pacer Shivam Mavi on Saturday.
Shivam Mavi was speaking to the media ahead of the IPL 2023 season, and he discussed expectations for the team after they won the title in their inaugural campaign under Hardik Pandya’s leadership.
“His side faces no pressure of massive expectations. “We are under no pressure. Everyone on the team is aware of the role they are supposed to play. We have also improved our bench strength heading into the season,” said Shivam Mavi to the media.
Gujarat finished the previous season on top of the points table with 20 points, 10 victories, and four losses. They qualified for the final with a seven-wicket win over Rajasthan Royals in Qualifier 1. Gujarat defeated Rajasthan by seven wickets in the final.
