The much-awaited 16th edition of the IPL will kick off on March 31, with Chennai Super Kings taking on Gujarat Titans at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Former Indian all-rounder Yusuf Pathan picked a player from the Sunrisers Hyderabad squad who could be their best pick for the upcoming season.

The franchise had a poor season under the leadership of Kane Williamson last year, finishing eighth on the points table. Ahead of the IPL 2023, SRH have made significant changes to their squad and named Aiden Markram as their new captain. They bought attacking batsmen for their middle order, such as Harry Brook and Heinrich Klaasen.
