IPL 2023 is going to take place from March to May this year. After the completion of Australia tour of India 2023 in March, IPL 2023 will entertain Indian cricket fans with exciting games. Last month, all 10 franchises bought some players during the IPL 2023 mini-auction.

All-rounders are a very crucial part of the playing XI. They give balance to the team by lending support to both batting and bowling. There are some powerful all-rounders who are part of IPL 2023 as well. In this article, we rate the rounders of each team in IPL 2023 and rate them from best to worst.

IPL 2023: Rating The All Rounders Of Each Team From Best To Worst

1. Chennai Super Kings- 9.5 (Moeen Ali, Ben Stokes, Dwaine Pretorius, Mitchell Santner, Ravindra Jadeja)

Chennai Super Kings grabs the top spot on this list as they have a very powerful set of all-rounders in IPL 2023. They get a rating of 9.5 out of 10. Moeen Ali, Ben Stokes, Ravindra Jadeja, Dwaine Pretorius, and Mitchell Santner are some all-rounders in the CSK squad.

Moeen Ali and Ben Stokes are regular members of England team. Ravindra Jadeja plays for India in the national team in all three formats. Mitchell Santner is also a permanent member of New Zealand national team.

2. Kolkata Knight Riders- 9.0 (Andre Russell, Sunil Narine, David Wiese, Shakib Al Hasan)

Kolkata Knight Riders take the 2nd spot on this list as they also possess very strong all-rounders. Andre Russell, Sunil Narine, Shakib Al Hasan, and David Wiese are some all-rounders in KKR squad in IPL 2023.

All of these are crucial members of their national teams. Andre Russell is among the top all-rounders in IPL. Sunil Narine and Shakib Al Hasan are spin all-rounders from West Indies and Bangladesh respectively. KKR get a rating of 9.0.

3. Royal Challengers Bangalore- 8.5 (Glenn Maxwell, Wanindu Hasaranga, Shahbaz Ahmed)

Royal Challengers Bangalore take the 3rd spot on this list with a rating of 8.5. RCB has all-rounders like Glenn Maxwell, Wanindu Hasaranga, and Shahbaz Ahmed in their squad in IPL 2023.

Glenn Maxwell plays for Australia while Wanindu Hasaranga plays for Sri Lanka. Shahbaz Ahmed made his international debut for India last year. All of them are spin all-rounders.

4. Gujarat Titans- 8.0 (Hardik Pandya, Rahul Tewatia, Rashid Khan, Odean Smith)

Gujarat Titans get the 4th spot on this list with a PCT of 8.0. Hardik Pandya, Rahul Tewatia, Rashid Khan, and Odean Smith are some of the all-rounders in the Gujarat Titans squad in IPL 2023.

Hardik Pandya is a regular member of India in the white-ball format. Similarly, Odean Smith and Rashid Khan play for West Indies and Afghanistan respectively.

5. Punjab Kings- 7.5 (Shahrukh Khan, Liam Livingstone, Sam Curran, Sikandar Raza)

Punjab Kings have some strong all-rounders like Liam Livingstone, Sam Curran, Sikandar Raza, and Shahrukh Khan in IPL 2023. Out of these, 3 play for national teams. Liam Livingstone and Sam Curran play for England national team.

Sikandar Raza is a crucial all-rounder from Zimbabwe. Shahrukh Khan is a hard-hitting batter but he is yet to make his international debut for India. With a rating of 7.5, Punjab Kings get the 6th spot on this list.

6. Lucknow Super Giants 7.0 (Marcus Stoinis, Deepak Hooda, Krunal Pandya, Krishnappa Gowtham)

Lucknow Super Giants takes the 6th spot on this list with a PCT of 7.5. LSG comprises all-rounders like Marcus Stoinis, Deepak Hooda, Krunal Pandya, and Krishnappa Gowtham. Out of these, Stoinis and Deepak Hooda are active in international cricket. Krunal Pandya and Krishnappa Gowtham lack international experience. Hooda is only an occasional bowler.

7. Rajasthan Royals- 6.5 (Riyan Parag, Ravichandran Ashwin, Jason Holder)

Rajasthan Royals does not consist of big all-rounders in IPL 2023. Riyan Parag, Jason Holder, and Ravichandran Ashwin are a few all-rounders for Rajasthan Royals. Out of these, Jason Holder is a powerful all-rounder who has brilliant tactics in both bowling and batting.

Riyan Parag is a part-time bowler while Ravichandran Ashwin is not a powerful batter in T20s. Hence, Rajasthan Royals grab the 7th spot on this list with a rating of 6.5.

8. Delhi Capitals-6.0 (Mitchell Marsh, Axar Patel, Lalit Yadav)

Delhi Capitals gets the 8th spot on this list with a rating of 8.0. For Delhi Capitals, Mitchell Marsh, Axar Patel, and Lalit Yadav are some all-rounders in the squad. Mitchell Marsh plays for Australia national team while Axar Patel plays for India. Lalit Yadav is a domestic player from India and does not have any international experience.

9. Mumbai Indians- 5.5 (Cameron Green, Tim David, Hrithik Shokeen)

Mumbai Indians are also short of powerful all-rounders in IPL 2023. Cameron Green is one strong all-rounder in their squad. Tim David and Hrithik Shokeen are the other two all-rounders. Tim David is not popular for his bowling skills.

Hrithik Shokeen is an inexperienced player who has only played a few IPL games so far. Hence, Mumbai Indians take the 9th spot on this list with a rating of just 5.5.

10. Sunrisers Hyderabad-5.0 (Washington Sundar, Marco Jansen, Glenn Phillips)

Sunrisers Hyderabad gets the last spot on this list with a rating of only 5.0. SRH is short of all-rounders in IPL 2023. Washington Sundar is the only powerful all-rounder that the team has.

Marco Jansen is an all-rounder from South Africa but he does not have impressive batting strength. Glenn Phillips is an all-rounder from New Zealand but he bowls occasionally.
