Rishabh Pant has been out of the field for a long time, however, he has been in contact with his fans through social media. On Wednesday, the Indian wicketkeeper shared a video on Instagram in which he was seen walking in a swimming pool as a part of the recovery process from injury.
Rishabh Pant suffered a car accident in December last year. Post the accident, he was admitted to the hospital and underwent an operation. Now, he is in the recovery process and will need some more months to get completely fit.

Watch! Rishabh Pant Walks in Swimming Pool As Part of Recovery From Injury
Rishabh Pant shared a video on his Instagram account on Wednesday. In the video, he can be seen walking in the swimming pool with a help of a walking stick. It seems like it is one of the activities part of his recovery process. He captioned the post, “Grateful for small thing, big things And everything in between”. Have a look at the video below.

Due to the recovery, Rishabh Pant is set to miss the upcoming IPL 2023 and ICC World Test Championship final as well. He is the skipper of Delhi Capitals in IPL 2023. Due to his absence, David Warner is set to lead the team in the tournament.

Pant is the regular wicketkeeper for India in all three formats. However, since he got injured before the start of this year, wicketkeepers like Ishan Kishan and KS Bharat have taken the gloves for Team India on the field.
In the absence of Pant from Tests, KS Bharat recently made his debut in India vs AUS Test series. Pant will be out of the field for the upcoming few months due to his recovery process. Hence, his comeback to Team India will take some time.
