Jasprit Bumrah being ruled out of IPL 2023 is certainly a huge blow for Mumbai Indians (MI). But captain Rohit Sharma claims that the team has suitable replacements for the ace-pacer.

Bumrah has been on the shelf with an injury since September 2022. The 29-year-old has opted to sit out of competitive cricket to undergo surgery for his persistent back issues, which he will rehabilitate for the next few months. Although no concrete timeline is given regarding his comeback, many believe that he might be fit ahead of the 2023 ODI World Cup in October-November.
