PBKS won a thriller against KKR  by 7 runs due to the DLS method. KKR required 42 runs to win in the last 4 overs with 3 wickets in hand, then the rain intervened at Mohali Stadium. PBKS would be pumped up as KKR still had Sunil Narine & Shardul Thakur present at the crease where the match could have got tense.

Arshdeep Singh was the wrecker in chief where he took 3 scalps & gave away 19 runs in his 3-over spell. PBKS bowlers made sure that they don’t give ample room to the batters & bowled impeccable lines and lengths. Skipper Shikhar Dhawan marshalled his troops smartly where he stood behind his bowlers.

KKR perhaps need to change their batting combination where Nitish Rana should bat at the No.3 position where he has the knack of playing long & effective innings. It won’t be wrong to say that the team are missing the service of Shreyas Iyer who used to provide the stability in the middle overs.
