Jasprit Bumrah is ruled out of the season for Mumbai Indians which came as a body blow to the franchise. The Indian pacer is out of cricket since the T20 World Cup and has not played any international game for India. With him ruled out, MI are lacking an experienced Indian seamer in their lineup.
The batting will rest on the shoulders of skipper Rohit and the Indian talent of Suryakumar Yadav and Ishan Kishan. Both have been woefully out of form of late. SKY interestingly had three consecutive ducks in the three ODIs against Australia and will be looking for a comeback.
