This is the seventh game for Sunrisers Hyderabad and they have lost more games than they have won so far. Their wins came against Punjab Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders

The side messed up their batting lineup and did not include a few key players. Adil Rashid, their premier spinner, played just the first two games and since then has been benched. The bowling group has not performed consistently.

The bowlers found their mojo against KKR and then again were ineffective against the Chennai Super Kings. Historically, SRH have been a good bowling side but they miss a few key players in the current squad.

Speaking about IPL 2023, all 10 teams will play 14 games during the tournament, including home and away games. Four teams that finish in the top four spots in the points table will qualify for playoffs. Gujarat Titans are the defending champions of IPL 2023.

Each franchise will play five teams twice and four teams just once in the IPL 2023 season. The top 4 teams in the points table after the league stage will secure playoff spots. Delhi Capitals, Royal Challengers Bangalore, and Punjab Kings are among the three franchises from the original teams to never have won the IPL.

The IPL is back to its home and away format with the home teams looking to win all their matches at home. This is a good opportunity for SRH to notch up their second win at home. The venue provides more help to the batters given that its been a high-scoring venue historically.

Mayank Agarwal batted at number six against CSK which is not his usual position. If he plays against DC, he should open the batting and look to give SRH a quick start. Agarwal scored just two in the game against CSK.
