India and New Zealand take on each other in the third and final ODI on January 24 in Indore. India have already won the series by winning the first two games. They defeated the Kiwis by 12 runs in the first ODI and by 8 wickets in the second ODI. The series continues the preparations for both teams for the ODI World Cup later this year.

After the fight New Zealand showed with the bat in the first ODI, they fell flat in the second. None of the Kiwi batters were able to withstand the quality bowling from the Indian bowlers. 8 Kiwi batters were dismissed for single-digit scores as they were bowled out for 108. Mohammed Shami was awarded the Man Of Ther Match for his spell of 3/18.
