New Zealand take on India in the third and final T20I in Ahmedabad on February 1. The series is level at 1-1 after the Kiwis won the first T20I and India in the second. The one who wins the decider will win the series.
The pitch became the focal point after the end of the game. The Kiwis were bowled out for 99 and stretched India till the very end in the chase. In the end, Suryakumar Yadav and Hardik Pandya took India over the line. Hardik slammed the Lucknow pitch and said that it was a shocker of a wicket after the end of the game.

All the focus now in on the Ahmedabad wicket and how will it play. The Narendra Modi Stadium will play hosts to Gujarat Titans in IPL 2023 and thus this is a very important game from that perspective.
The Kiwis lost all three ODIs heading into this series. They lost the first ODI by 12 runs, the second by 8 wickets and the third by 90 runs. New Zealand will now be led by Mitchell Santner in the three-match T20I series.

The pace bowling attack looks weak in the absence of Tim Southee and Trent Boult. However, the spinners have had much of the say in this T20I series so far. In terms of their batting, they found two heroes in Devon Conway and Daryl Mitchell who played match-winning innings in the first T20I. The second T20I was an aberration with batters from both the teams struggling. Heading into the final T20I, we predict the likely Kiwi playing XI in this article.

Devon Conway (WK)
Conway will open the batting in the third T20I. Like all the batters he also struggled in the second T20I scoring 11 off 14 balls in the third T20I. He scored 155 runs in the three-match ODI series and 52 in the first T20I.
