Lahore Qalandars beat Multan Sultans in the final of the PSL 2022 by 42 runs to win their maiden title in the history of the tournament. Lahore Qalandars didn’t make a great start with the bat in the final, having lost their first three wickets for just 25 runs.

However, Mohammad Hafeez then played a stellar knock of 69 runs in 46 balls to lead a remarkable recovery. Harry Brook (41 of 22) and David Wiese (28 off 8) also played vital knocks to lift the team to 180 for 5 by the end of the first innings. In response to that, Multan Sultans were bundled out for just 138 runs, thereby falling 42 runs short of the target.

The PSL 2022 saw a lot of impressive performances from overseas players. The overseas talents stood up for their respective franchises with both bat and ball. To further shed light on that, we have compiled our overseas XI of the PSL 2022. Let’s take a look at that.
