Wicketkeeper: Rishabh Pant
Pant will keep wickets in the ODI series. It is expected that he will be dropped from the T20Is after he has not scored much in the Asia Cup. Dinesh Karthik, who has shown his prowess as a finisher in T20Is will be preferred ahead of him with Pant playing the ODIs. KL Rahul is another backup option for a wicketkeeper in the side.
All Rounders: Hardik Pandya, Deepak Hooda
With Ravindra Jadeja likely to miss the T20 World Cup, due to a freak injury, India have been hit hard as they are struggling to look for a second all-rounder along with Hardik Pandya. Jadeja has recently completed surgery and is not expected to return to playing cricket at least till the end of the T20 World Cup. In a situation like this Deepak Hooda seems to be the best fit as the second all-rounder along with Hardik.
