On Wednesday, September 28, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) president Sourav Ganguly informed media persons that Samson, who is not a part of India’s T20I squad for the South Africa series and the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022, will definitely be included in India’s squad for the ODI series against South Africa.
“He’s played well for India, so he’ll be in the scheme of things. He just missed the T20 World Cup squad but he’s going to play in the ODI series against South Africa,” Ganguly while interacting with media persons in Kolkata said.
