Kuldeep Yadav is the first Indian player on this list. Yadav is not a regular spinner for India across formats. However, he often gets chances to be part of many series. In the recent Tests series against Bangladesh, he showed good form. He rarely gets opportunities in the T20I setup.

Kuldeep Yadav might be picked in the IND vs SL T20I series after his good show against Bangladesh. However, if the left-arm spinner fails to deliver against Bangladesh, he might not be considered by selectors for T20I games in future.

2. Harshal Patel

Harshal Patel is another Indian player on this list. The right-arm pacer made his international debut last year and played many T20I games for the team since then. The 32-year-old has played 24 T20Is for India so far.

However, in the last few series, Patel emerged as too expensive and also failed to get wickets. He might get a chance in the T20I series against Sri Lanka. However, if he fails in the IND vs SL T20I series, he might be discarded from the T20I setup.

Deepak Hooda is another player on this list. Hooda is an all-rounder and has played some games for India this year. He has played 15 games so far and scored runs at an average of 35+. However, he has failed in some crucial games too, getting out for ducks.
