The India skipper, Virat Kohli became the fastest batsman to reach 10,000 runs in ODIs, and now he is on the way to achieve yet another feat of his career. The right-hander scripted history in Pune after he became the first Indian to score three consecutive centuries in ODI cricket. Although Virat slammed the 38th century of his career, he has been in stupendous form and has been peeling off centuries like that.

Moreover, with the win in Pune, the Windies levelled the series 1-1. Virat Kohli scored 107 runs in the match but couldn’t manage to win the game, as he didn’t get any support from the other side.

Meanwhile, the 29-year old has scored ten hundred in 2018. Previously, Indian legend, Sachin Tendulkar slammed the world record of scoring twelve centuries in 1998. With as many as nine games left in this year, the India captain could well surpass the number as well.

Furthermore, Virat Kohli has had an incredible run in the ODI’s in 2018. After hitting three tons in South Africa, Kohli was back among runs during the England and Windies series. Though he completed two fifties in three-match ODIs in England, the India captain has hit twin tons in two games against the Windies runs, surpassing a few of the legends of the game.

However, Kohli has played 214 ODI matches and has scored 10,183 runs averaging 59.90. He also slammed 38 centuries, and 48 half-centuries in ODIs.
