The Caribbean team thought McCoy would get a wicket as he bowled the third over of the Indian batting order. However, something very different transpired. Suryakumar ended the over with a six, and Rohit Sharma began McCoy’s over with a six.
Three sixes and a four were hit in this over, which resulted in a total of 25 runs being scored.

Suryakumar Yadav struck two sixes, while Rohit Sharma hit one. An amazing helicopter shot was seen from his bat during this time. The thunderous the duo delivered in this over gave team India much-needed momentum, which they maintained as they scored 191 runs in 20 overs.

Indian skipper Rohit Sharma has also surpassed Shahid Afridi:

By hitting three sixes in the fourth Twenty20 International match between West Indies and India taking place at the Central Broward Regional Park Stadium Turf Ground in Lauderhill, Florida on August 6, 2022, India captain Rohit passed Pakistan’s Shahid Afridi for second place among all international cricketers.

Before Akeal Hossein bowled him, he had scored 33 runs in just 16 balls and was poised for more. He struck two fours and three sixes during his knock. And as a result of his three sixes, he overtook Pakistan’s Shahid Afridi for second place on the list of international cricketers with the most sixes hit.

India took an unassailable 3-1 lead in the five-match Twenty20 series against the West Indies on Saturday, thanks to Rishabh Pant’s quick 44, which was followed by a team effort from the bowlers.
