Ronaldinho to promote Cricket in India

A name very familiar to football lovers is Brazil. Decade after decade, Brazil has gifted the football world with world-class players. It would not be wrong to call Brazil the temple of football. Footballers like Pele, Garrincha, Zico, Socrates to Ronaldinho, Ronaldo, Kaka and now Neymar have conquered world football from the soil of Brazil. The one we will talk about today is the Brazilian star whose skill and dribbling would make even bigger players surrender.

Along with winning the Football World Cup, Copa America titles, he also has the experience of playing in big clubs like Paris Saint German, Barcelona and AC Milan. He is a two-time FIFA World Player of the Year and also holds a Ballon d’Or. This world-famous footballer is no longer limited to football.

Ronaldinho to begin his involvement with Cricket by promoting GPCL Global Power Cricket League being organized by Power Sportz as part of an NRI festival & Sports Mahotsav involving the Indian diaspora players along with others to jointly enjoy India’s 75th year of Independence and commemorate it through Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations.

PM Modi has referred to the diaspora community as our Cultural Ambassadors and in a recent visit to Germany, PM Modi urged the Indian diaspora to inspire atleast five of their non Indian friends to visit India and referred to it as “Chalo India”.
