The right-handed batsman added that he is delighted to be first to create such as historic achievement, while also reflecting on his love for cricket.

It is nice to be the first but probably more timing where I have come in my career. 2020 have started I have played my first game in Essex in 2005. I guess it is nice to start at the club but I’m sure over few years a lot more to join at the top,” Taylor said.

“I love playing cricket first and foremost. It is something I always wanted to do since I was a little kid. It is not a job it is something you love doing,” he added.
