Team India got involved in a unique training session ahead of the second Test at Centurion from Saturday. Team India, led by Virat Kohli, was seen warming up at the practice grounds with all the cricketers chasing each other and exchanging napkins during their session.

India’s physiotherapist, Patrick Farhart floated the idea of this game to release the stress among the players. Patrick divided Kohli & Co. into Red and Yellow teams. The props used were Red and Yellow towels as they were seen playing a save and snatch game.
Teams usually play a game of football or handball to start their training session but save and snatch was new. The sole purpose of this exercise was to banish the stress.

And If the giggles on the players’ faces were anything to go by then Patrick surely accomplished his mission.

India is currently 1-0 behind in this series after they got thumped by 72 runs at the hands of the hosts. Vernon Philander shined with the ball, as he bagged six wickets in the second innings, as India failed to chase down a target of 208.
