Shikhar Dhawan takes a dig on Virat Kohli

In a prankish and mirthful manner, the opening batsman of India, Shikhar Dhawan shared a fun on social media. He has named his captain, Virat Kohli after a cartoon character.
The 32-year-old Dhawan named the skipper of Indian National Team after a character from a famous series of Tom and Jerry.

He took micro-blogging site, Instagram to post his picture along with Virat Kohli. In the photo, Virat Kohli is wearing a red cap, and he seems to be not looking in a good mood.

Indian Team is undoubtedly relishing their time off the field. They are all set to play a pivotal series of five matches against England scheduled to take place from August 1.

Earlier, India managed to win the three-matches T20 series with an impressive figure of 2-1.

However, they could not lead to continuing the same momentum after being 1-0 up in three-matches ODI series. India eventually lost the series by 2-1.

A day back with his family

A day back, Shikhar Dhawan was enjoying his time with the family. The aggressive opener of India along with his wife Ayesha Mukherjee and their kids were seen enjoying and having some fun with each other.

The family also posed and clicked some pictures outside the Buckingham Palace in London. Dhawan looked rejoiced with his family as he took to social media and said: “yeah, we were there #buckinghampalace ??”

Both the teams are geared up to lock horns with each other at Edgbaston in Birmingham for the first test. The teams will then move to the mecca of cricket to play the second test.
