Rohit Sharma was part of the Indian first eleven that took on England in the first ODI of the three-match series. He went on to open for team India but was hurt by a brutal delivery off Mark Wood and seemed to be in a lot of pain. Rohit Sharma did not take to the field in the entire second innings as his wound seemed a bit too tormenting.

Rishabh Pant, on the other hand, was not included in the Indian playing XI in the first ODI after having a remarkable series against England. Now, a hilarious video has surfaced online which Rishabh Pant has shared on his Instagram story. In the video, Rohit Sharma can be seen having his COVID test and Rishabh Pant asking, “Kaise Ho Bhaiya?” which means, “How are you brother?”

However, Rohit was seen in a jolly mood as he just pointed his middle-finger towards Rishabh Pant.

Team India Would Like To Extend Their Lead

The Indian Cricket Team won the first ODI in Pune in scintillating fashion to take an early lead in the series. The hosts were put in to bat by England after winning the toss and the Men in Blue came up with a remarkable answer. Shikhar Dhawan top-scored for team India as he managed to score 98 runs. Virat Kohli, KL Rahul, and Krunal Pandya all scored well-deserved half-centuries to take India to 317/5 in 50 overs.

However, the Indian pacers brought team India back into the game and the entire English innings collided on 251 runs as the Men in Blue marched to their maiden win in the ODI series. The second ODI will now take place in Pune on March 26 and if team India manages to win it, they will grab the series.
