India are dominating the ICC Test Championship like a hot knife through butter. Their most recent success came against Bangladesh in a pink-ball affair as the hosts won by an innings and 46 runs at Eden Gardens, Kolkata. They are sitting on top of the points table with as many as 360 points. KS Bharat who is the new member of the Indian national cricket team was extremely delighted when Team India skipper Virat Kohli invited him to get hold of the prestigious trophy after the team bagged the pink ball D/N Test on Sunday.

The 26-year-old Srikar Bharat who had replaced young wicket-keeper batsman Rishabh Pant (released to ply his trade for Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy) said that Indian skipper himself walked up to him only to put the trophy in his hands. He described it as an ecstatic feeling and he even said that he didn’t really know how to react to the moment. Virat Kohli said that it is a small gesture of welcoming him in the team.
