Pakistan Cricketer Mohammad Hafeez Honoured to Play With this Indian Legend

Pakistan cricketer Mohammad Hafeez met Indian legend Rahul Dravid as they boarded the same plane to Auckland, New Zealand.

Hafeez is part of the Pakistan squad scheduled to play five ODIs and three T20Is against the Black Caps. Meanwhile, Dravid is part of the Indian Under-19 cricket team as the head coach that will take part in the ICC U-19 World Cup.

The middle-order batsman Hafeez shared his encounter on his social media accounts Twitter as he showered heaps of praise on the Indian legend and admitted its a pleasure to meet him.

Both Dravid and Hafeez have faced off against one another several time in India vs Pakistan encounters in the past.

Hafeez posted a picture of him with Rahul and wrote:

“Met with a man called The Wall in cricket. Rahul bhai [brother] is a great human being, always there to talk about cricket and helping you out, honored to play with him in the field and always a pleasure to meet you, stay blessed.”

Dravid will guide the Indian colts and is hopeful to see the young Indian side lift the coveted trophy yet again. India will start their campaign against another favourite Australia on January 14, while Pakistan will kickstart their limited-overs series from January 6.
