Video: Virat Kohli, Anushka Sharma Share a Funny Moment with Shah Rukh Khan

It did not take Shah Rukh Khan long to make his presence felt at Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma’s wedding reception in Mumbai. After throwing their first reception in New Delhi last week, Kohli and Anushka hosted their second wedding reception on Tuesday (December 26) at St Regis’ Astor Ballroom in Mumbai’s Lower Parel.

The function was a star-studded affair, as the most prominent names from both cricket and Bollywood attended it. Starting from the likes of Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag, Sunil Gavaskar, Cheteshwar Pujara and other cricketers to Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Boman Irani, Aditya Roy Kapur, Oscar-winning music composer AR Rahman and different eminent personalities from Bollywood attended the lavish function.

One of the highlights of the event was when Shah Rukh Khan picked up the mic and decided to give Kohli some lessons on how to deliver dialogues. Picking up a famous dialogue from his movie ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ in which Anushka Sharma also starred, Shah Rukh made Kohli lipsync the lines while looking at his wife. The Bollywood superstar then added a bit of a twist at the end of it that made everyone burst into laughter.

Meanwhile, the couple will now travel to South Africa where Kohli & Co. will play a full-fledged series against the Proteas. The series consisting of three Tests, six ODIs, and three Twenty20 Internationals will kick start on January 5 in Cape Town. The Bollywood actress will spend New Year’s Eve with Kohli before returning to India for her work.
