ILT20 2024: David Warner, Mark Wood And Shadab Khan Among Big Names Signed For The Second Season

The second edition of the International League T20 will see some global superstars taking part in the tournament. Some big names from Pakistan, England, Australia and other nations will be taking part in the upcoming edition. 

Australian opener David Warner along with English pacer Mark Wood and Sri Lanka’s Dasun Shanaka are among the top names that will be part of the Dubai Capitals for the second edition of the ILT20. Apart from them, Rahmanullah Gurbaz and Sam Billings are also among the new signings for the team. 

Pakistan leg spinner Shadab Khan and pacer  Shaheen Afridi will be playing for Desert Vipers whereas Josh Little, Laurie Evans, Ravi Bopara and David Willey are among the new signings for the Abu Dhabi Knight Riders. 

Mujeeb Ur Rahman, who played for Dubai Capitals last season will be plying his trade this season for Abu Dhabi Knight Riders whereas his Afghanistan teammate Qais Ahmed will be playing for Sharjah Warriors having played for Gulf Giants in the inaugural edition of the league. 

Martin Guptill along with Maheesh Theekshana and Lewis Gregory were picked by Sharjah Warriors for the ILT20. There were some new signings for the Mumbai Indians Emirates as well as they roped in Ambati Rayudu, Corey Anderson and others.
